Truffle season has rolled around again, and it seems Sydney’s menus are boasting more of the fungi than ever. This year it’s adorning egg sandwiches, speckled through savoury cocoa tarts and even showering sweet treats. Sydney inner-city establishment, The Gallery, changes its classic High Tea menu regularly, and right now it’s serving a High Tea of truffle-based dishes.

Celebrate the seasonal flavours of Winter with a High Tea stand like no other at The Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park. Uplevel your experience with champagne and add a dose of luxury to your day with the Grand Truffle and Chocolate High Tea, $109 per person includes a glass of Vranken Diamant Brut NV. Friends and family can enjoy a day of European elegance with an Australian botanical twist. Spoil loved ones with Sydney’s finest high tea offerings - luxe hand-picked tea, Vittoria Coffee, fine wine and show-stopping patisserie. Enjoy a menu of truffled leek and salmon tarts, traditional and truffle specked scones and truffle filled brioche. To satisfy your sweet tooth - mushroom, cocoa panna cotta and creamy white chocolate, strawberry cannoli.
