Christie Nicole Introduces Luxury Ready to Wear Collection

22 May 2024

An evolution and extension of Christie Nicole Bridal, the Australian designer introduces a finely curated capsule collection of eclectic and intricate designs that goes beyond bridal with striking silhouettes and exaggerated shapes that fluently translates into elevated eventwear, for the first time.

Over the years, Christie Nicole has brought her unique skill set and distinct edgy meets romantic aesthetic to bridal and this fundamental craft stays prevalent in the development of her ready-to-wear collection. The collection brings delicately curated designs with beading and sequin motifs that flow and drape across the body and her signature 3D Laser cut floral detailing, that has become synonymous with the Christie Nicole brand, featured throughout.

The collection features 10 striking, monochromatic dresses that intertwine elegance with an enchanting touch. Meticulously designed and scattered beading to create layers and depth, the collection features a strapless silhouette with detailed beading motifs, alongside playful mini dresses curated to accentuate the female figure with structured bodices and off the shoulder exaggerated ruffles. Creating dappled light effects, reminiscent of a tranquil moonlit night (as seen in the campaign shot by renowned photographer Julian Schulz), the Lyla Gown features sheer panelling and countless iridescent sequins that shimmer as you move. Accompanying the collection are 2 embellished bags with delicate details that sparkle in the light and a 12 piece veil collection handmade with Italian tulle adorned with various embellishments such as hand sewn 3D applique, velvet and satin bows and pearl detailing.

The beginning of a new chapter for the brand, Christie is excited to bring her fundamental craft to more women with modern, wearable and alluring designs that elicit a sense of wonder and curiosity. Christie’s unique approach to design has always blurred the boundaries between fashion and bridal, and the launch of her ready-to-wear collection is the natural next step to continue her mission of empowering women to go bold.

The collection is hand made in India by experienced embroiderers using expert hand beading techniques. Available for pre-order worldwide with prices ranging from $899-$4,885.
