HAIR RITUEL BY SISLEY PRESENTS FORTIFYING DENSIFYING SHAMPOO

16 Apr 2024

Designed for men and women, and all hair types, Fortifying Densifying Shampoo is the accompaniment to the Hair Rituel by Sisley Revitalizing Fortifying Serum to support hair vitality. Its goal: to boost hair so that it is more resistant and has a visibly thicker and stronger look.

Created to treat the scalp and hair fibre, this pair beautifies hair, helping to give it a boost for a visibly stronger, thicker and more youthful look.

Caroline Bertrand, Head of Ingredients at Sisley Laboratories, explains the benefits of Fortifying Densifying Shampoo? “We focus on three key markers for ageing hair: Reduced Density: Hair loses density and appears thinner. It becomes more vulnerable. Hair tends to fall out more easily as it is not anchored as firmly in the scalp. Greying hair and Diminished vitality: hair seems weaker and more tired, lacking suppleness and shine.

In addition to its colour, young hair is glossy and full of life. It is soft to touch and easy to style because it is in good condition. Protecting the hair’s external layer prevents damage from environmental or structural stresses. When hair loses its key components, the structure splits and breaks and vitality and youthfulness are diminished.

At Sisley Laboratories, we work hard to ensure the hair and scalp retain their key components as they age.”

“Everyday hair loss isn’t necessarily something to worry about, in fact, it’s normal. It’s the physiological elimination of hair that’s come to the end of its life. We lose between 40 and 100 hairs a day; mostly this happens during washing or brushing. Our hair has a cyclical renewal cycle.”

“Our 40-year expertise in skin physiology is key to understanding how our hair and scalp develop with age. After all, our scalp is an extension of our skin. Think of it like a plant: hair is rooted to the scalp in the same way a plant stands in soil. If we can support it and help it to root more firmly, then it is less likely to fall.

Einkorn Wheat Extract, a key ingredient discovered through our anti-aging expertise and used in our Revitalizing Fortifying Serum, acts from the root to support hair vitality and help the scalp feel more energised.”

The serum also contains a blend of active ingredients to promote hair vitality.

“Hair grows through rich nutrition and a complex support system. We add a helping hand with our selection of natural ingredients and our Revitalizing Fortifying Serum (Zinc, Copper, Magnesium, Vitamin B6, Pro-vitamin B5 and Vitamin E compound). This combination preserves hair vitality, so it becomes more resistant. It also contains arginine which promotes hair vitality.”

“In addition to its action on the scalp, our new Fortifying Densifying Shampoo also benefits the hair fibre. To give fine hair the support it needs, we’ve combined two active ingredients, carefully selected for their restructuring properties:

Baobab proteins: these proteins are particularly good for their amino acids. They increase the much-needed protein content in fine and thinning hair.

Ceramide analogs: this key ingredient is well-known and used in our Hair Ritual by Sisley products. It hydrates and moisturises the hair.

Together they make up our new Densifying Complex. For stronger, more resistant hair, with a fuller, plumped effect.

The hair fibre is also richly coated and strengthened with our meticulously selected botanical oils - Shea, Camelia, and Moringa.”

Fortifying Densifying Shampoo is recommended for people with fine hair lacking density and vitality:

As a three-month cure: Use the Fortifying Densifying Shampoo every time you wash your hair. And use the Revitalizing Fortifying Serum every other day for a month, then use it twice a week for two months.

To maintain healthy hair all year round: Use the Fortifying Densifying Shampoo every time you wash your hair or alternate with a different shampoo. And apply the Revitalizing Fortifying Serum continuously twice a week.
