The Macallan launched their first ever Australian Pop-Up on Sydney’s Hickson Road Reserve last week from Thursday 7th March – Sunday 10th March 2024 to celebrate their partnership with Stella and Mary McCartney on the third edition of The Harmony Collection.
Guests were taken on an immersive journey, entering the world of The Macallan. The exclusive offering showcased The Macallan and McCartney sisters’ partnership while touching on elements of nature that spoke to the Scottish heritage and connection of the collaboration. Unique photography by Mary McCartney was also displayed throughout the venue to bring a touch of Scotland to Sydney shores.
Attendees were able to taste and learn about the new Harmony III limited edition iteration, create the final touches to their cocktails via the garnish garden, as well as a virtual reality drinking experience for the senses. The Macallan Harmony III Amber Meadow was available for purchase from the Harmony III bar too.
