Une Pistache, was born from the story of a Lebanese dish. Legend says that Mouhalabieh was introduced into Arab cuisine by a Persian cook who served it to the famous general Al Muhallab ibn Abi Sufra.
The latter so appreciated the roundness of the dessert, the smoothness of the almond-orange blossom flan and the crunchiness of the pistachios that he decided to give this legendary dessert its own name, Mouhallabieh.
Obvious was inspired by this legend and the smooth, creamy, opulent dessert to create its Eau de Parfum, Une Pistache.
