A NEW YEAR’S EVE BEVERLY SOIRÉE WITH PERRIER-JOUËT

17 Dec 2023

Maison Perrier-Jouët and Melbourne’s iconic Beverly unite to elevate guests to Level 24 to welcome 2024. A curated experience to bring in the new year with unmatched views of Melbourne city along with a captivating fusion of food, champagne and entertainment.

For the first time, Beverly presents a special New Year’s Eve event featuring breathtaking panoramic views over the city’s skyline, offering guests an unparalleled vantage point to take in the spectacular firework displays.

"What better occasion than New Year’s Eve to bring people together to celebrate what has been an incredible opening year for Beverly – Melbourne’s hottest new venue,” said Emily Gurr, Beverly’s Creative Director. “Together with Perrier-Jouët, we look forward to welcoming guests to party in the way that only we know how. It’s going to be a night to remember.”

Every aspect of the evening has been meticulously curated, providing well-serviced and tailored moments designed specifically for each guest. With a focus on premium food and beverage offerings, Beverly stands as the ultimate destination to be this New Year’s Eve.

Beyond the stylish celebration, the soirée holds deeper significance as it symbolises Perrier-Jouët’s enduring connection to and passion for the arts. This passion, rooted in the brand’s founders, comes to life at Beverly’s New Year’s Eve celebration. The venue’s thematic ambiance, coupled with its commitment to delivering a fully immersive and diverse experience, ensures that champagne becomes a vibrant part of the evening.

This special event calls for an elevated yet individually styled black-tie affair, paying homage to the authentic spirit of a 90s Met Gala. This distinctive approach seamlessly captures the essence of Los Angeles, drawing inspiration from the desert modernism that gave birth to the Beverly brand.

Opening its doors from 6pm, guests will be greeted with a complimentary glass of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut and will be invited to order from Beverly’s latest menu created by esteemed head chef, David Ball. With a wealth of thirty years of global culinary experience, chef Ball draws inspiration from Southern California, infusing it with a contemporary Australian flair to present a gastronomic journey centred around locally sourced ingredients.

During the evening, guests are invited to soak up the venue’s creative ambience and enjoy the firework displays amidst a backdrop of upbeat tunes courtesy of guest DJ Tommy Ohh.
