Kimpton Margot Sydney Launches Gin Month at The Wilmot Bar - The ultimate Gin Experience at Kimpton Margot Sydney

Kimpton Margot Sydney is thrilled to announce the launch of a month-long celebration dedicated to the glorious world of gin at The Wilmot Bar. Gin Month officially commenced on Friday September 1st at The Wilmot Bar with an exclusive Gin Aperitivo welcoming esteemed media and partners for an evening filled with delightful gin conversations and G&Ts from the bar’s iconic Gin Trolley.

For September, gin enthusiasts and cocktail aficionados are invited to partake in a spirited journey throughout the month to enjoy:

Gin Trolley: Every day from 5 p.m. till late - A curated selection of gins paired with Fever-Tree tonics and a variety of garnishes and botanicals.

Twilight at Margot's: Monday to Thursday 4pm to 6pm $14 Gin Martinis

The Australian: Every day from 12pm - The Signature Cocktail for Gin Month with Aviation Gin, Cointreau, Cognac, Lime juice, Luke Mangan's Secret syrup, and Cranberry juice.

The Wilmot Bar is the lobby bar of Kimpton Margot Sydney. Located in the pulsing heart of Sydney, it seats up to 80 guests, and is a premier destination for cocktails, bites, and unforgettable experiences. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for service, The Wilmot Bar features 30 different gins to cater to gin aficionados and general lovers of gins.
