Gin Month officially commenced on Friday September 1st at The Wilmot Bar with an exclusive Gin Aperitivo welcoming esteemed media and partners for an evening filled with delightful gin conversations and G&Ts from the bar’s iconic Gin Trolley.
For September, gin enthusiasts and cocktail aficionados are invited to partake in a spirited journey throughout the month to enjoy:
Gin Trolley: Every day from 5 p.m. till late - A curated selection of gins paired with Fever-Tree tonics and a variety of garnishes and botanicals.
Twilight at Margot's: Monday to Thursday 4pm to 6pm $14 Gin Martinis
The Australian: Every day from 12pm - The Signature Cocktail for Gin Month with Aviation Gin, Cointreau, Cognac, Lime juice, Luke Mangan's Secret syrup, and Cranberry juice.
