This year, a collective of renowned Australian brands, have launched a pioneering employment program aimed at promoting gender equality in the workforce.
The Encoreship will provide aspirational employment opportunities for women who are facing challenges re-entering the workforce after an extended period of time away from work. Offering several full-time, paid 3-month placements across varied sectors, this program responds with practical and immediate action.
