Yesterday, Rebecca Vallance debuts their first offering into the Childrenswear category with the Enfant capsule collection. This includes eight summer dresses for girls aged 2 to 6, designed for balmy summer nights and perfect for upcoming festivities.
Founder and Creative Director, Rebecca Vallance, curated the Childrenswear collection of charming summer dresses for the most beautiful celebrations and the wonderful moments of joy they bring. “Creating a line of little girl’s dresses to sit alongside our ready-to-wear collections has always been a dream of mine. When designing our recent Resort collection, I found our palette and prints easily lent itself to a Childrenswear capsule. Being a mother myself I know how important it is that your child is comfortable in what they are wearing and wanted to make sure these dresses were both chic but playable. They are fun and adorable adaptations of our Resort collection”, comments Rebecca.
Inspired by the azure waters, natural rocky tones, and traditional architecture of the outer Canary Islands the Enfant collection embodies and explores a modern colour palette combined with delicate and comfortable designs. The retro undertones are reminiscent of an era of care-free travel and exploration of this remote Spanish region. In keeping with the Rebecca Vallance aesthetic, this collection is timeless and of high-quality, with a touch of finesse and glamour to add to a young girl’s wardrobe.
All dresses are 100% organic cotton, and the upmost care has been taken into every design and fit element. The prints are all scaled down versions of the ready-to-wear resort pieces so that your little one can feel like they have their very own version of mummy’s dress. Smocking, traditional ricrac trim and pocket details are all key designs features that set this designer Childrenswear collection apart.
For this campaign, Rebecca Vallance engaged with key opinion leaders and their daughters’; Phoebe & Poppy Burgess, Talisa & Lua Sutton and Suzy & Jamila Eskander to support and amplify the first launch of its kind for the brand.
