Saint Laurent Expands Its Paris Universe with Sushi Park Now Serving Lunch

21 Sep 2025

Saint Laurent Rive Droite in Paris has added a bold new dimension to its cultural and lifestyle destination with the permanent arrival of Sushi Park. Following its grand reopening earlier this year after extensive renovations, the boutique at 213 rue Saint-Honoré has redefined luxury retail by introducing gastronomy into its creative mix.

Sushi Park, founded by Chef Peter Park in Los Angeles in 2006, is beloved by Creative Director Anthony Vaccarello and his inner circle for its intimate omakase experience. In February, the Paris outpost became the restaurant’s first permanent location outside California, offering an exquisite tasting journey rooted in seasonal Japanese cuisine.

From September 17, Sushi Park Paris began serving lunch alongside its dinner service, extending the chance for guests to indulge in the restaurant’s famed omakase during the day. Open Tuesday through Saturday, the new lunch hours from 12 PM to 3 PM invite a refined yet relaxed dining ritual that perfectly complements the boutique’s vision of cultural immersion. Dinner service continues in its original evening slot, from 7 PM to 11 PM.

The collaboration between Saint Laurent and Sushi Park reflects the Maison’s ongoing commitment to creativity, exchange, and the expansion of its universe beyond fashion. With Rive Droite, Anthony Vaccarello has curated a multifaceted hub where design, art, music, vintage, and now cuisine converge. The addition of Sushi Park ensures that a visit to Saint Laurent Rive Droite is not just a shopping experience but a full immersion into an elevated lifestyle.

For those heading to Paris this season, a stop at Sushi Park Paris inside Saint Laurent Rive Droite offers the rare opportunity to savour world-class Japanese cuisine within the refined framework of one of fashion’s most influential houses.
