When RIEDEL creates glassware, it’s never just functional—it’s art in motion. The newly introduced Cobra Magnum Decanter takes this philosophy to dramatic new heights, expanding upon the iconic Eve Decanter with a bolder, more serpentine silhouette designed to command attention at any table.
Crafted to accommodate magnum-sized bottles (1.5 litres), each Cobra Magnum is free-blown by a master glassblower, ensuring no two pieces are ever the same. Its sinuous curves do more than seduce the eye; they perform a double decant, allowing wine to aerate with power and precision, enhancing the flavours of both young vintages and mature treasures. The result is an elegant theatre of wine service, where form and function intertwine seamlessly.
This limited edition is available in two arresting colourways, Blue/Black and Yellow/Black, each created with a multi-shade stripe effect by embedding rods of coloured crystal into molten glass before it is shaped. The optic design ripples with light, giving each pour an added dimension of movement and brilliance. Finished with the engraved signature of Maximilian J. Riedel on the base, the Cobra Magnum is as much a collector’s object as it is a host’s ultimate tool.
Retailing at AUD 1,400 and available exclusively through riedel.com, the Cobra Magnum Decanter offers wine lovers the rare opportunity to own a statement piece that is equal parts sculpture, performance, and luxury.
