Conceived by Lark’s Master Distiller Chris Thomson, Kurio marks a new generation of Tasmanian distilling. It celebrates the island’s exceptional natural bounty and inventive spirit, offering a style that feels both confident and inviting. Its debut expression, aptly named “Crimson Jam”, is a meticulously layered blend of single malts matured in Tasmanian cherry and sparkling wine casks—resulting in a rich, fruit-forward whisky full of intrigue.
