From the ‘My Happy Hearts’ lychee and raspberry compote to the ‘Dancing Diamond’ vanilla financier with champagne jelly, every dish was a celebration of artistry and indulgence. The ‘Queensland Blue Swimmer Crab’ sandwich, paired with The Langham’s legendary scones, added a savory touch to this sparkling affair.
