Saskia Havekes is proud to release two luxury candles, scented with Grandiflora Fragrance’s ‘Michel’ and ‘Boronia’ signature scents.
Meticulously hand-poured in Australia with oils made in France using age-old Grasse methods, each candle is set in a soft white ceramic vessel; an artfully minimalist design to hero the colours and shadows of these unique scents. Two of the world’s most iconic contemporary perfumers collaborated with Saskia on these signature scents:
‘Michel’ - Based on an exquisite magnolia tree in his Grasse garden, the same garden that inspired Christian Dior to create his famous Diorissimo fragrance- perfumer Michel Roudnitska lovingly crafted his Magnolia scent which features elegant citrus and white floral notes, which we named ‘Michel’ in his honour.

‘Boronia’ - The New York Times describes his fragrances as a ‘work of art’, master Bertrand Duchaufour’s earthly-inspired interpretation of the Australian native ‘Boronia’ presents woody, floral and sweet tobacco notes, a true Parisian twist on the Australian bush.
